Zack gave me the best price after extensive research of about 8 other companies. Due to area storms they along with the others were completely booked but made time for us to get on the schedule and kept that schedule. Crew was very polite and kept the area clean. We had a great experience with True Line. Anthony and Kim had great communication (all via text thankfully) and they kept in touch with us on the timeline of our fence install. Because we were doing it during the busy season for fence companies, Anthony was very transparent on the timeline, checking in with us occasionally to remind us we hadn't fallen through the cracks (we understand that the summer is busy so we weren't worried). When the crew came out to install the fence they were kind and fast. They cleaned up very well after themselves. So impressed with Tru Line! We received several quotes for replacing our wood fence with vinyl and so pleased we chose Tru Line.  Anthony is amazing- easy to communicate with and always responds! Ritchie and all his guys on crew were hard working professionals who did fantastic work! Appreciated Trevor who paid close attention to detail! This company has all the boxes checked! Zach from True Line Fencing came out with various options. I had a chain link fence previously and was considering a privacy fence. He had an option for windy areas since I live in a rural area. I love the look of the Aluminum fence and after getting a price I decided to go that way. It’s a beautiful fence and tgey were prompt with installation. Working with True Line was a great experience. I knew it was going to be costly but pleasantly surprised with cost and efficiency. Fence is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We hired Tru Line Fence in May to repair a large section of our fence that got knocked down in one of the many storms. Anthony came out for an estimate right away. We got several estimates and True Line was reasonable,  plus they use steel posts. They came for a walk through on 6/20. The actual installation got delayed due to miscommunication, so it didnt take place until 7/10, but it was worth the wait!!! They did it in one day while we were at work and left no clean up behind! It looks great and is incredibly sturdy. They hauled away the previous fence and did not distrub the mulch we had around the property. True Line was one of several companies to give us a bid for our 2/3 of an acre aluminum fence 8 years ago, most of it in a heavily wooded hillside (so not easy). Zack of True Line impressed me the most, not only for the competitively low bid, but mostly because of his earnestness. It is a family legacy business, and Zack just had a very committed, hard-working mindset, as did his crew. They expertly ran the fence through the large trees without harming any of them. The bronzed aluminum is subtle through our woodland and yard and kept our big dogs securely within. The few times we've had extreme frozen ground that has shifted the gate posts slightly through the seasons, True Line has been very responsive to come out and make any needed adjustments. We've loved our fence and it showcases our home beautifully, and highly recommend this company for your fencing needs.
